Vegan Fudgesicle Recipe

Rich. Chocolately. Creamy. Delicious.
Ingredients
2 cups full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup 100% cocoa powder
2/3 cup sugar
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
Heat the coconut milk in a medium saucepan and whisk in cocoa powder, sugar, salt, light corn syrup and vanilla extract. Once all of the sugar and cocoa powder is dissolved, remove from heat. Allow your mixture a few minutes to cool, then pour it into your mold and freeze overnight. Enjoy!
