With the official start of summer this weekend, the time has come for awkwardly tanning in Central Park, and of course, cooling off with fruity and refreshing drinks. Piña Coladas are one of my favorites, and this recipe is simple and luscious.
Ingredients
ice cubes
1/2 cup Malibu® coconut rum
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
whipped coconut cream (optional)
fresh pineapple slices (optional)
Directions
First, fill your blender up halfway with ice cubes. Add the rum, juice, coconut cream and frozen pineapple. Blend until smooth. Pour into your glass, and if desired, top with whipped cream and a slice of fresh pineapple. Enjoy!
