Halloween is my absolute favorite holiday of the year. I love seeing the hidden creative talents that are brought out by the devilishly fun opportunity to dress up. Once adorable dogs are added into the mix, sign me up. The Tompkins Square Park Halloween Dog Parade brings the community together to celebrate the love of their pets and the ability to transform them into awe-inspiring creations.
